Allowances are pooled: a quiet seat lends its tokens to a busy one. If you want more, top-ups are $20 per 1M tokens (about $0.18 per AI resolution, versus the $0.99 to $2.00 many tools charge) and are opt-in only, with hard caps and alerts so you decide before you spend.

No. The per-seat price you sign up at is the price you keep, with no annual creep at renewal. Join now as a founding customer and that rate is locked in for life, for as long as you stay. AI is included as a fixed allowance too, so there's no metering or automatic overage quietly inflating your bill; you'd only ever pay more if you chose to buy a top-up.
You can cancel renewal at any time. Monthly plans stop billing at the end of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the term you've paid for: you keep full access until then, but the prepaid annual fee isn't refunded for unused months. Pick annual when you're sure you're staying, since it saves ~20%.
Multi-currency is supported, billed per active agent through Stripe.
