How AI tokens work, in plain English
Every seat comes with a monthly token allowance, pooled across your whole team. On the default automatic model mix, that buys roughly this many AI resolutions a month:
~30AI resolutions / seat, Starter (300K tokens)
~80AI resolutions / seat, Growth (750K tokens)
~165AI resolutions / seat, Pro (1.5M tokens)
Allowances are pooled: a quiet seat lends its tokens to a busy one. If you want more, top-ups are $20 per 1M tokens (about $0.18 per AI resolution, versus the $0.99 to $2.00 many tools charge) and are opt-in only, with hard caps and alerts so you decide before you spend.

Sysflows runs on your choice of models via Amazon Bedrock, including Anthropic Claude and GLM, and each model has a published weight against your allowance: a 1× model draws tokens at face value, a lighter model draws less, a premium model draws faster. The weight is shown right in the model picker, automatic mode always chooses cost-aware models, and weights never change mid-billing-period.

Is there a seat minimum?
No minimum on Starter, Growth, or Pro: pay for the seats you use.
What's in the free trial?
A 14-day full trial of the product, AI included. No credit card to start.
Will my price go up over time?
No. The per-seat price you sign up at is the price you keep, with no annual creep at renewal. Join now as a founding customer and that rate is locked in for life, for as long as you stay. AI is included as a fixed allowance too, so there's no metering or automatic overage quietly inflating your bill; you'd only ever pay more if you chose to buy a top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel renewal at any time. Monthly plans stop billing at the end of the current month. Annual plans run to the end of the term you've paid for: you keep full access until then, but the prepaid annual fee isn't refunded for unused months. Pick annual when you're sure you're staying, since it saves ~20%.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Multi-currency is supported, billed per active agent through Stripe.
How hard is it to switch?
Configurable ticket types, fields, and branding plus multi-channel intake mean most teams switch in a day, not a migration project. We'll help with import.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
You get 80% and 100% alerts. AI features pause rather than auto-charging you; buy an opt-in top-up ($20 / 1M tokens) whenever you choose.
