Sysflows is a SaaS offering and what it does is allows you to automate your processes using Workflows. More specifically, it’s the combination of Forms and Workflows. In a nutshell, what you do is create a digital form using our drag and drop editor. Once your form is made, you create your workflow, telling it when it should trigger (ie. on form submission) and you just drag and drop all the actions you require making what resembles a flowchart.
Where do we start? I guess with - Welcome to the Beta version of Sysflows 😊 We have been working away at this for a bit over 12 months now getting the core functionality together along with some user acceptance testing. It is still early days while we iron out the bugs and implement features closer towards our goals.

Forms can be embedded into your existing systems, websites, collaboration tools etc. and the result is automated processes. The limitation is your imagination.
An example? Let’s keep it really basic. A ‘Contact Us’ form for your website. You drag and drop your fields (ie. Name, Email, Comments) into a form. In your workflow you may just have two email actions. One emails the person who filled out the form with a ‘Thankyou’ message and the second email yourself with the details of the person who filled in the form. You embed this on your website and vola. Anytime someone fills in the form, the user gets a thankyou email, and you get their details and comments.
We are opening this public preview in Beta mode allowing us and you to try it out, iron out bugs, get feedback and continue to add features. We really need you involved in this process and in return we’re offering the product for free for the first 12 months after its out of beta. Not only that, but we envisage ongoing discounts, premium support and much more.
We expect Beta will be complete by mid to late 2022 but this is dependent on the feedback we get and if we’ve ironed out the bugs. We’ve not put as much effort into the design yet but rather concentrated on functionality. We know we have a lot more to do in this sphere.
